As a professional in Dietetics, I am constantly seeking new tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the services that I provide my clients.

Nutritional Diagnostic Assessments have become increasingly important to patient care and I have begun using the latest software program to improve my ability to provide this vital service in my practice.

The benefits the software provides to you will be immediately evident to you as we begin using the new nutritional assessment form as well as a new nutritional risk form.  This program will also allow your dietary manager to have immediate access to this information and be able to print reports whether or not I am physically in your facility.

As with any new tool, the software must prove itself to be cost effective and I believe that it will provide an immediate payback in ‘streamlining’ the paperwork requirements of my services and allow additional time for me to focus on the nutritional care of your residents. I will be able to provide more patient care within the allotted time of my contract with your facility.  Immediate access to resident reports by your dietary staff will make them more efficient and responsive to the needs of both nursing staff and administration.

Effective the first of the month, you will see a Nutrition Assessment charge of $25 per month on your invoice. This will cover all of the assessment services for the month.
